MINISTER IN TRAINING

In Partnership with Woman Rediscovered USA

The Ministers in Training (MiT) program is an intensive short course designed in response to a growing need to equip ordinary Christian believers for the work of ministry. The program is meant for advanced believers, church workers, and emerging ministers who want practical training to help them answer the divine call of God upon their lives. The program emphasizes essential Biblical teachings and spiritual development as pillars for the raising of ministers of the gospel. It has a practical and spiritual focus and is meant to activate fully functioning men and women of God who are ready to take up their offices and mantles in the five-fold ministry.

The program is designed with the following unique attributes in mind:

  • Practical and not theoretical. This is not a ‘Bible School’ or theological seminary although participants could choose to further pursue these based on the solid foundation they acquire. It is also not primarily academic but intended to only provide the most useful tools and knowledge for practical ministry

  • Emphasizes the word (logos) and spiritual (rhema, pneumatikos) aspects of ministry in equal measure. We do not believe in the separation of ministry into those who are Bible focused (and ignore the operation of the Spirit) and those who are Spirit focused (and ignore the sure foundation of God’s infallible word). Space is made in the program for prayers, spiritual activations and spiritual development

  • Meant to raise fully functioning Five-fold ministers who can operate like the early Apostles did in the book of Acts. In other words, the program is about doing and not just learning

Program objectives:

At the end of the program, participants should be able to

  • Confirm and authenticate their spiritual gifts and callings (with no more guesses or self-doubt)
